Teaching Festival Call for Participation Deadline Extended to March 23

The deadline for faculty to submit a proposal to present at Webster University’s first Teaching Festival has been extended to Wednesday, March 23, to allow additional time to prepare a proposal. Click here to learn more about how to submit a proposal.

Webster University’s Faculty Development Center (FDC), in partnership with the Online Learning Center and the Library, is proud to present the First Annual Webster University Teaching Festival April 25-28. This year’s teaching festival will celebrate the successful teaching strategies employed by Webster University faculty.

The Teaching Festival will include:

– Kick-off Ceremony with Poster Presentations, April 25, 2 – 4 p.m.
– Faculty Presentations, April 26th and 27th, times to be determined
– Kemper Award Winners Panel, April 28th, 2:30 – 4 p.m.
– Closing Reception, April 28th, 4 – 6 p.m.

All events will be held in the Faculty Development Center, room 420 in Emerson Library. Sessions will be available via video streaming technology for faculty who are not in St. Louis.
