‘Bach’s Lunch Concert’ Debuts Jan. 28

The Department of Music unveils an ongoing series of noon-time concerts Jan. 28 with the first Bach’s Lunch Concert. Adjunct professors Amy Jo Rhine on horn, Malcolm McDuffee on trumpet and Jim Martin on trombone will present a light program of music for brass trio, joined by Vera Parkin on the new Steinway D piano. The program is designed as lunch-time entertainment. The audience brings lunch and applause, while the performers provide the music. The program will be announced from the stage.
