Connections Activation at International Campuses

| December 17, 2010

On Dec. 15, newly registered students at all international campuses began receiving Connections activation links via email.

Students who need to set up Connections will receive an email within 24 hours of registering for his or her first class. Physical letters will no longer be sent through the postal service. The email will be sent to the personal email address the student provided on his or her application. It will contain a link to activate a Connections account.

The student then must activate the account within 5 days of receiving the email. If the account is not activated, the email link will become invalid. The student then must contact the Webster Help Desk to have the email re-sent. Students who do not activate an account within 14 days and who have not contacted the Help Desk will be sent a reminder email with a new activation link.

If a registered student needs help activating their Connections account, they should contact the Webster University Help Desk at 1-866-435-7270. Students who have applied for acceptance but are not yet registered for classes should contact the Office of Admissions at 1-800-753-6765.

The activation process for all staff and faculty remains unchanged.
