‘Changing Lives in a Changing World’

To commemorate three decades of aligning students with global internship opportunities, the International Business Internship Exchange (IBIE) hosted a dinner event Nov. 19 at the Hilton Saint Louis Frontenac Hotel. Attendees included global educational leaders and IBIE corporate partner leaders from Lincoln Industrial, Ameren, Spellman Brady & Company and others.

At its inception, the IBIE program exchanged students exclusively between Germany and the U.S. Its outreach has since expanded to include Austria, China, England, Ghana, Japan, Mexico, Switzerland and the Netherlands. The program aligns qualified, talented student candidates with premier companies throughout the world and currently has hundreds of corporate sponsors and over 1,000 alumni.
