Webster Groves Campus Construction Update, Nov. 15-21

| November 12, 2010

Dan Hitchell, associate vice president, Resource Planning & Budget, shares the following construction updates for the home campus, week of Nov. 15 – 21:

Academic Building

Traffic on Garden Avenue will be down to one lane on Thursday, Nov. 18th.  Paric will have flag men on the street coordinating traffic and the construction work.

North Courtyard and South Patio

The circle drive will be restricted Mon-Tues, Nov. 15-16, for paving work at the courtyard. There will likely be some visitor parking blocked to provide a drive lane.  Landscaping and paver installation will also be underway in the courtyard. The temporary wall at Marletto’s will be removed by mid-week. There will be a flooring installer patching the vinyl tile; he/she will work between meals in the cafeteria and pick up other areas when the crowd grows.

With Lot K and Lot E unavailable to CMS families, and everyone else, we will have many young students/families crossing Garden Avenue.

With all of the construction and the speed of traffic, could we please get a crosswalk for safety purposes?
