‘The Ampersand’ wins 2nd consecutive national award

The Ampersand

Webster University’s student magazine, The Ampersand, for the second consecutive year won the Associated Collegiate Press’ (ACP) 2010 Pacemaker Award.

The 2009-2010 publication competed against hundreds of other collegiate magazines to become one of only five college magazines to win the award in the feature magazine category.

The Ampersand editors were Alice Telios (’10, BA-Media Communications) and Emily Schmutz (’10, BA-Photography and Spanish). Karen Burch was faculty adviser.
