St. Louis United Way Campaign hits new high

| October 27, 2010

The leaders of Webster University’s St. Louis United Way campaign are happy to announce the following results and prize winners from the 2010 campaign:

Overall, the Webster family in St. Louis contributed a grand total of $36,698 — a new high in Webster’s giving to the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan United Way. (During 2009, Webster’s total gift was $33,072.)

We send our warmest thanks of appreciation to every Webster employee who made a gift to the United Way; these gifts are always pooled, so that all may share in the sense of satisfaction in our institutional pledge.

Special celebrations go to the following winners of the United Way Prize Drawings, which will be delivered this week:

Neil George won the GPS system.

Christine Arteaga won the flip videocamera.

Calvin Smith won the Webster thank you gift bag, which contains several items including books authored by Webster scholars.

Thank you, again, to all who gave to this worthy cause and who helped more than 200 agencies further positive, humanitarian work in our many Missouri and Illinois counties!

Sincerely,
