Nov. 2 Lecture: Amy Lorenz-Moser

Webster alumna and attorney Amy Lorenz-Moser speaks about her work as chief litigator with the Clemency Project in Missouri. For more than 10 years, Lorenz-Moser has worked pro bono to secure the release of 10 women convicted of murdering individuals who had physically abused them for many years. Two of the women were recently released after serving more than 30 years for their crimes. Lorenz-Moser will recount their stories from a lawyer’s perspective and discuss the inner workings of the criminal justice system.
