NBA Interest in NFL Lockout

Many have predicted that the NBA is more likely to see missed games for their upcoming 2011-12 regular season than the NFL.

But NBA owners have been and will continue watching the NFL’s labor struggles with great interest.  Because if the courts keep the NFL from accessing $4 billion in TV revenue, award $707 million in damages to players, and uphold Susan Nelson’s injunction to lift the lockout, NBA owners might become a bit more agreeable and we might not miss any basketball games at all.
